Therese serves on the mediation panels for the American Arbitration Association, the U.S. Postal Service’s REDRESS Program, the County of Los Angeles Department of Human Resources and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC). She also is an active member of the Southern California Mediation Association where she served on the Board of Directors.

Xixi is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a passion for helping people, teams, and companies reach their full potential. As a former engineer and quality manager, Xixi offers an insightful, practical, and results-oriented approach to addressing complex organizational challenges. She supports teams in assessing change readiness, and in developing and implementing strategies that help them navigate organizational and culture transformations.
As a continuous improvement and change management expert, Xixi incorporates her knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to help organizations streamline their processes with an approach that brings efficiencies, but with a people-first approach. She has a nuanced understanding of operations and stakeholder engagement that allow her to assist with the identification of risks and opportunities for improvements proactively, saving time and money while boosting worker morale and collaboration.
Xixi has worked in a variety of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), mobile gaming, aerospace, and biotechnology. She is a Certified Quality Engineer by the American Society for Quality, and Xixi holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Xixi has a passion for service that is exemplified by her work with Net Impact, a social and environmental sustainability group, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). She was named LLS’s Woman of the Year in 2022 for her philanthropic efforts.
